Dr Crispin joined the Practice in 2002 following General Practice training locally and a six month post at the Rowans Hospice. He is involved as lead in Practice based commissioning and 'end of life' care. He has an interest in training and mentoring. He is lead in Diabetes and is involved in Clinical Research (WREN). Surgery hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, alternate Fridays.

RGN BSc ( hons) MSc Advanced Clinical Practice Louise qualified in 2001 and has spent the majority of her career in Primary Care. She joined the practice in 2023 originally from the Isle of Wight and has experience in chronic disease management and minor illness. She works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Lead nurse, with a broad skill set specialised to general practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team leadership. Lead nurse for learning disabilities, advocating for patients, coordinating care, and implementing tailored interventions to support their unique needs.
