Patient Participation Group

Your voice matters to us

The staff and partners of the practice are keen to encourage and support the Patient Participation Group and we believe your input is invaluable in achieving this goal.

The PPG is a collaborative effort that brings together registered patients to exchange ideas, voice concerns, and work towards enhancing the quality of healthcare services we provide. The PPG serves as a vital link between patients and the practice.  Meetings are held every quarter in the evening at the surgery, providing a convenient opportunity for you to participate and make a difference.

Surveys

The GP Patient Survey (GPPS) is part of the Government's commitment to make the NHS more responsive to patients' needs. The survey asks patients about a range of issues, such as how easy or difficult it is for patients to make an appointment at their surgery, satisfaction with opening hours, and the quality of care received from their GP and Practice Nurses.

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England.  The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK.  The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
