Dr Crispin joined the Practice in 2002 following General Practice training locally and a six month post at the Rowans Hospice. He is involved as lead in Practice based commissioning and 'end of life' care. He has an interest in training and mentoring. He is lead in Diabetes and is involved in Clinical Research (WREN). Surgery hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, alternate Fridays.

Our four part-time nursing sisters form a multi-skilled team offering a host of services to our patients, as detailed below. All nurse appointments are booked in advance. Please call main reception on 023 9259 3285 to book an appointment. Please be prepared to give information about the reason for your appointment so that it can be made with the most appropriate member of our team and be allocated the right amount of time. Many of our clinics are run by our nursing team with GP support, when needed, to help in the monitoring of various Chronic Diseases and to offer specialist health advice.

JACKIE FOSTER

An experienced Practice Nurse and non-medical prescriber experienced in general practice. She was lead respiratory nurse in her previous practice and covered a varied range of nursing care including contraceptive/HRT checks, travel and immunisations.

NATALIE HOLDAWAY

A passionate practice nurse, who successfully gained her PgCert in primary care (Level 7 Master's Distinction). Lead in learning disabilities and host to a variety of general nursing practice skills including cervical screening, immunisations, diabetes and woundcare.

Reception

Reception staff are responsible for dealing with all front desk enquiries, answering the main reception telephone line, making appointments, registering patients and updating patient details, sending patient letters and many other general administrative duties.
